How tight should the sway bar links on S.T. Swaybars be?
I have them tight(50 or 60 ft/lbs) but a guy who races dirt tracks said they should have little to no clamping pressure on them...
SO, what is proper?? thanks.

Stock there tight, and I kept them tight, about the same torque ratings you provided.

It's in the fsm. Go look at it yourself under FA or RA. You want me to hand feed you too?

yes, hand fed please.
FIRST- my little brother THREW AWAY my fsm!!!!
SECOND- I clearly stated it is an aftermarked ST sway bar with aftermarket poly endlinks...Thought there was a possibility of it being different.
thanks!

suspension technicies recomends i htink 30 lbs for the d joints and a few pounds over hand tight (17-20lbs) on the endlinks iirc

Yeah, the end links are tight enough when they start to bulge. Look in the FSM for the D-bracket bolt torques.

In other words, that's way too fucking tight.
Tighten the on the ground, fully loaded, until the bushings begin to give just a little. Just like the installation instructions say. Amazing what happens when you read shit.

I asked you what size it was because you can get a general idea of how tight they should be by how big the nut/bolt is.
