o2 Sensor

hey guys i just got done turboing my ka with a t-25 setup. the problem im running into is that my o2 sensor is too big for the bung on the sr down pipe. has anyone had this problem or have any suggestion on what i should do to fix it?

get the right 02 sensor
or
weld that bung, drill a new hole weld on new bung that is the right size

Unscrew sensor bung from KA,place on SR...that's how i went fatty!

dude just search for the sr one, i forgot which usdm car it comes off of, prolly a sentra, then goto advanced and get it lol, easy as pie

ok well i found that the 87 300zx turbo o2 sensor works but that one has 3 wires to it. does any one know how to wire it up to the ka24 o2 wire ?

the middle wire is the signal wire, the red should be attached to an ignition power source (only power when the ignition is on) and the black one is the ground. the + and - are to heat the oxygen sensor, so it won't matter where you get those signals from, they don't go to the ECU.

the signal wire obviously goes to the ECU.

That said, I have no Idea if the KA ecu will read (correctly?) the signal from that O2, but I think it should. (please investigate further)

the O2 sensor is heated because the turbo and compression process absorb exhaust heat, and it needs to be hot.

I just pulled my KA 3 wire O2 sensor and screwed it into my SR outlet. What KA did you have and what Outlet?

i dont have a ka 3 wire o2 sensor i think those were the 95's and up or somethin like that. i have a 90' coupe my o2 sensor is 1 wire and i went ka-t not sr i just have the sr down pipe on my t-25

hey does anyone know if the blacktop o2 bung would fit the ka o2 sensor. because the blacktop had the fatter o2 sensor
