Problem installing Agx's

Hey guys, im installing my agx's and im trying to seat the springs onto the agx's and im not sure if i have it right, like i have it like this photo...

but the problem is that the spring can like wobble like that, like it isnt sitting fluah all the way around the bottom perch, is it supposed to be like that? or should i rotate the spring a little bit back until it sits perfectly and doesnt wobble. And btw i searched without much luck, that picture is really the only one i could find.

so you have the top hat on and it still wobbles? If you don't it on, it will wobble. It needs to stay in that spot like it is in the picture.

it wobbles without the top hat on it, i just didnt want to install the hat if it wasnt seated properly, so i basically rotate the spring until it is right at the base of where the strut has that little rise?

Just install it exactly like the pic shows and when you get the tophat tightened down it will compress the spring and stop it from wobbling.
