s13 (sr20det) cam bearing torque specs???

any one have the torque specs for cams on an s13. thanks

anywhere from 6.7-8.7 ft lbs.... make sure you step them though.. go from inside out... that way you assure that the cam is not placing more stress on one bearing than the others.
