s13 silvia conversion question

i have a 91 240sx hatchback n i was wonderin how hard is it to convert it to an s13 silvia triple projecter front end. i was originally gonna go s15 but its way tooo expensive. is it easy enuff to do with a couple friends?

also how hard is it to wire the new headlights in? do they just plug n play or is there ne splicing? i cant find nething on it online. pleaz help!
