if i'm not mistaken an sr20det will cut fuel when rev limit is hit(correct me if i'm wrong)....now i hear of an electronic piece that you can install to convert over to ignition cut at rev limit instead of fuel....does anybody know the name of this piece and can anyone give me any insight about it. I'd really like to find out about this thing and where to get it!!!

Bee*R. They are on ebay all the time for about 200.

But what is easier on a car, Especially the SR with its iffy rocker arms, fuel or ignition cut

supposedly your only suppsoe to use ignition cut over fuel cut when using nitrous, becasue of the obvious lean condiotn if it cut fuel, and the igniton cut is suppsoe to be rough on valvetrains.

I dont know how true in the real world that is because i have seen alot of people still use ignition cut, but thats the basis behind it.

It's a Bee*R Rev Limiter. Look it up and you'll find it. Awesome piece of electronic. It's great hearing the Bee*R Skyline taking the bank and Irwinedale with echoing shotgun sounds throughout the bank as it bounces off the rev limiter.
