I have a 91 240sx LE, with the 4 on 114.3 lug pattern.  I want to do a brake upgrade eventually, and at the same time, i want to change to five bolt lugs.  Now, to change to five bolt lugs, all I need is the 240sx SE front and rear hubs, and the front steering knuckle, right?  If I wanted to swap the brakes for those on the 300zx, would I have to replace this anyway?  how do the 240sx SE hubs, and brake parts accommodate the larger rotors from the 300zx?  or do they at all?  anyone?  anyone?  Bueller?

you can use factory rotors, and calipers with the five lug swap, you just have to get the rotor re-drilled for 5-lugs at a machine shop.  If yopu wanna runn 300zx rotors you have to get 300zx calipers.  the rotors for the 300zx tt are wider than the 240sx calipers can handle.  Not sure about the N/a 300 though.

I wish I had the money to just replace the whole kit'n kaboodle at once.
Get some nice five lug 17's thaat'll clear the 300zx brakes, and swap it all out in one weekend. &nbsp;talk about feeling like a different car afterwards. &nbsp;<img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':)'>

The stock 16&quot; SE alloys will clear the massive calipers and large rotors.
And as was said before, if you only have the money for the brakes right now, you can have a machine shop drill your 5 lug rotors to work on 4 lugs.
Then the rest of it is direct replacement.
