Master cylinder from SR20DET clip into my car

Can the brake master cylinder from a SR20DET front clip be swapped over to a USDM S13?  Mine is leaking and I have a front clip coming in soon.

see if you can find a clear pic of a front clip like ur buying. my guess is the brake lines at the master cyl will be on the wrong side of the cyl......for clearance on the RHD cars. my $.02

Also, did the K's come with abs?  Another potential problem if you don't have it...
