Would anyone know if rim size 16x7 OFFSET +38mm Front and Back fit flush on a stock S13 HATCH?

Thanks

Only if you feel like running a 35mm spacer:

+0 offset on a stock 240sx looks mexicali. Keep it sunken in a little and it looks tasteful. I'd go with a slightly lower offset but not +0 unless you lowered it and have camber.

missed the stock height part.
15-20mm offset on a 7 at stock height looks decent.

Anyone running 16x7 with similar offset on a lowered car? How sunken in are they?

I have 16x8's with a 10 offset and they fit perfect, they dont stick out at all but very very close, i have coilovers and streched tires (205's). 16x7 with any offset above 5 will be sunken.

I'm running S14Se 16.6.5 et40 on my S13 with 215/50 16. I have a 20mm Kics spacer all around. Cambered a lil bit. 1.2 on the front and 1.5 (somewhere around there) on the rear. I'm riding on Cusco Zero2s. A pic from the front. As you can see it's just about flush with a 3 finger gap.
