Help RB Spark

Im getting no Power to the COIL packs in a series 1 RB25, Im thinking it has to be the Ignitor Chip, is there anyway to test these things?

try to find someone to swap parts with.. that usually helps for quick diagnostics.. if not try this.. sorry i dont have fully adobe access to be able to save individual pages..

I need to see if its that, I would love to just try someones, but i dont know of anyone around here with one..

Theres no other reason why i would get no spark in any of the coil packs, this has to be it. The power fc is working correctly, so its gotta be it.
