I have seen a lot of kits out there.

So bascially wanted to upgrade from the stock S14 JDM K's 4-piston caliper and go with a larger rotor and caliper. I wanted to see the fellow recomendations that are out there.

JZA80 Supra TT caliper and rotor - but who sells the caliper bracket, so it can bolt on the S14/Z32 front spindel.

Z33 brembo 12.8 larger rotor with the stock Z32/S14 K's caliper

Z16 Mitsubishi 3000GT VR-4 12.3 rotor upgrade stock Z32/S14 K's caliper

Also for the rear of the S14 non vented disc brake up grade -is there any thing out there for a larger rotor ? :blah:

You can get the Supra rotor adapters here:
http://www.mckinneymotorsports.com/products

... but you'll have to get front rotors and have the hub bore enlarged to the 66.2mm diameter (since the Supra's bore is smaller). The VR4 brackets can be found on Ztuner and the Z33 brackets can be found on eBay.

Hopefully you have plenty of caliper to wheel clearance if you plan on using the Supra or VR4 rotor setups as the brackets will push your caliper towards the wheel quite a bit. If wheel/caliper clearance is of concern to you, the Z33 rotor setup pushes the caliper out the least.

Of course the Supra and Z33 brembo rotors are larger than the VR4 setup, but those require 17" rims. It's been proven that the VR4 setup clears stock S14 16" alloy rims (with a wheel spacer).

For the rears, you have the Z32 as an option as well as R33/34 GTR brembo as well. However you'll find that the bias of a 324mm front rotor (on Z32 calipers) and Z32 rears is almost perfect for an s-chassis car.

does any one have any feed back on the caliper adapters that are up for sale on ebay, these are the ones that allow you to run a 12.8 or 12.7 rotor on the S13 or S14 Spindles.

also what is the caliper size on the JDM S14's Silvia K's 4-piston caliper ???

26mm or 30mm ?????
