If I could get a ca18det 5sp front clip, could I use all the parts for a 5sp conversion? (minus the pedals)

If I could, that would suck because the clips go for like $2k I think. I can get a good ca18 motorset for $1300-1400 shipped (from reliable source).

I doubt the brake and clutch hardlines would match up unless you do a RHD conversion also.

Would the tranny cross member and mount work? What about the RHD Clutch MC? You can cut the stock brake pedal for temp (and cheep). I was thinking about picking up an auto shell with a blown HG and swapping a CA into it for cheep.

And have an auto ca18? I've actually thought about that was well...would make the swap easier and cheaper :(

if you want a slushbox, get an rb25 with a slushbox! Dont worry, the rb25's masculinity makes up for the girliness of an auto...

Though at times i do with i had an auto

no I dont want an auto, I was to buy a cheep as shit auto S13 chassis and get a CA18det clip and use that for 5 speed swap and obviously the motor.
