Can you explain the flow loop you are thinking of? Pump, reservoir, rack, back to pump?

Most systems the reservoir is to keep extra fluid for expansion and leaks. also, burping air from the system and cooling by the extra volume. I dunno how your set up would work till you give more info to the system. But it would have to be a good tank to deal with the pressure.

A pressurized resivoir?

I geuss your talking about running a rad cap type thing on it. I'd think its wortheless, I'd rather the PS overflow a little than bust a hose. You shouldn't have any problems with over heating anyway with that monster cooler you have on it.

A seperator tank style thing prolly wouldn't be a bad idea though, keep some bubbles out of the system.

An underdriven PS pump would prolly help a bit too.

but I'd still consider it all a waste of time.
