they squeak when someone is sitting shotty and i start getting sexy in the corners...
could i just unbolt and rebolt???

I'm guessing you mean that the chair wiggles, it couldn't hurt to remove the bolts.. take them out and inspect the bolt if its bent or if the floor metal is starting to give..
