I need to make sure I'm right on how to go about this process. First, following the order in the fsm torque all head bolts down to 29 ft lb, then to 58 ft, lb, then loosen all bolts completely, then tighten all bolts to 25-33 ft lb, then marking a line facing the front of then engine on the bolts, turn 90 degrees at a time until they face the rear of the engine? The last part is what im a little confused on. Is that right? You basically just keep turning then until they do a complete 180? Thanks in advance...

Well you got everything down. Basically 1 90 degree for all the bolts in the pattern the FSM describes then another 90 Degrees for all the bolts in the pattern described. Yes it is TOTAL 180 degrees, but you do them 90 degree for the whole head then another 90 degree. NOT 180 degree all the time.
