As long as the S13 input shafts are VLSD ones yes it will.

star (5 bolt) pattern or 6 bolt pattern?

IIRC, early J30 Diff have 5 star bolt pattern (thus, output shaft (6)+ axle shaft (6) )
late J30 diff have 6 bolt pattern (thus, output shaft (6) + axle shaft (6)

I believe most (if not all) USDM S13 axles/lsd are 6 bolt pattern.
