Yeah yesterday I had one hell of a hard time replacing a transmission sensor but eventually I was able to get it off but I damaged some of plastic piece that retains the sensor. But I was still able to connect the new one on and I put a hell of a lot of electrical tape and zip tied it a little further back so that was the grease from the tranny dont get all over it. But just for futre reference what do you guys reccomend that I do for when I have sensors that a just plain old and are a bitch to take off.

spray wd40, or some other lubricant on it. let it sit for a while. start loosening it. if that doesnt work, get a BFH, and smack your ratchet/wrench, light taps, and it should help it get out. if it gets stuck after like a quarter turn, back it off (tighten the sensor back up a little bit) spray it with more lube, and have at it again.

Take your time and use wd40, when there a pain in the ass i let them soak. Just dont get it one the wires and you will be fine.
