My car is broken down and will not start. The engine will turn but not fire up. A loud clicking noise to coming from the engine from two places, one of which is the picture below of the part, the other I can not see. The car as fuel and will not even push-start off. Someone please help me, and if anyone could tell me what this part is I took a picture of so I could fix it would be great. Thanks a lot Zilvia!!!!!

try checking your relay. located all the way up by your passenger headlight.
look for the blue harness. Put a paper clip into it to loop the current process.
then try to start
if that fails, check your starter, make sure there is power going to it.

check your battery.

try not to start up your car a whollleee lot, it kills your fuses 1 by 1 everytime your engine cranks and cranks and cranks.

let me know how its going. i'll search for other possiblitys

How do you know you are getting fuel? You hear the pump? Check your ignition. Take out a spark plug and hold it any ground and see if you get spark when you turn the motor over.

What was the last thing you did to the car before it didnt work?

I was in my car driving for about 2 hours straight, turned it off and tried to crank it back up about 30 seconds later and it was a no go. But if it was the fuel why is it making that clicking sound?

Too much electronics. Just try and start with the fuel and go from there.

Tap your starter with an object.

If that won't work. Then check for 12v's at the battery when you're cranking it over.

Check your accd iirc relay.

If you arn't sure you're getting fuel, test your alternator. Because your car won't stay on or even start if your alternator or battery is bad.

Your car is still fairly new, so you might not need a new fuel pump yet.

I wouldn't rule it out though.
