i dunno about the whole drive it hard to break in your motor.... friend had a BRAND NEW off the lot G20.. didnt do the whole baby it for 5000 or whatever miles. He said from driving a bunch of other g20s that were properly broken in that his car was shit and felt a 10-15 hp loss

its not just simply thrashing the shit out of your car, he has a break in method. Its very plausible. If I rebuilt an engine I would put it under load as well, the point he makes of sealing the rings is very important. Depending on the material your rings are made of, the break in procedure varies.
