Anyone with a nismo fpr??

Hey guys, just installed mine today and noticed that the top of it, the part with the vaccum nipple and adjustment bolt coming out is loose and spins. Is it supposed to spin so you can angle the vaccum nipple any way you want or is mine messed up or somthing?

Nevermind, it was messed up and leaking vaccum, got it sealed up with some silicone and jb weld, kinda ghetto but better than spending 120.00 on another one.
