a/c wiring question

i just finished my black top swap into my s13...i did my wiring according to heavythrottle's site...and my sr harness has 2 green/yellow wires while the Ka plug only has one green/yellow wire and a extra blue/green wire....i dont know how to hook that up...:duh: ....im trying to get my a/c fan to work because i want to wire up my stanza fans into that =)....so any info about how to wire up thoes two wires would be great
