The lips measure at about 3.25 inch when looking at them when mounted, they appear a touch shallow because of the ddc style lip (gives the countersunk or conicle look around the diameter). That style kind of takes a bit away from the deep dish look that flat lips give

Is that what you were curious about projectslider

A lot of people don't want to deal with assembling 3 piece wheels. If they were assembled, they'd be gone.
