i have set of Panasport G7 in fair condition. i am in no rush to sell just testing the market on them.
sizes >>

18X12 -33 ( not 100% sure on the offset ) w/ 265-35-18 ( 80% left )
18x10 -22 ( not 100% sure on the offset ) w/ 225-40-18 (50% left )
lip size >>

front 4.561 inch
rear 5.674 inch

Nice ass wheels, I have the same ones only 17x9 +15 on all four corners. So rare to see a set for sale, even rarer to see a set of 18s for sale. Good luck! +1

I have 18x12 -20 Work meisters and the lip is a 6.8inch.... If that helps
