i am in urgent need of a stock sr20det (blacktop) maf... i bought a car off of a guy who appearently did not know what he was doing, and installed a Z32 MAF on an other wise stock engine.

Make sure you clarify a couple of things

1) is the car a USDM S14 with a SR20DET? or an S14 with a S13 black top motor ?

2) is this a EURO spec S14 with a SR20DET ? and just so you know the jap spec MAF will not work in this set up

3) is this a JDM S14 zenki or kouki ?

so clarify this so you dont get the wrong maf and have problems, other then that good luck with the car etc !

why wouldn't the euro s14 sr20det work with the J-spec maf?

its actually a euro spec car, with a jdm sr20det... the euro spec motor blew!

why wouldnt it work? i am running a japanese motor with a edm air flow meter?
