Buttonwillow- March 3rd

We're finally going back to the track!

March 3rd (friday), price is $140 per driver. We'll be running the full track again.

If you have any questions you can post them here, on the PE forum or email me or Al.

More information can be found at http://www.private-events.net/march3rd.htm

I think we should separate the two because as a person that likes to drift, I prefer to stick to the East loop. You develop more of a rhythm that way and it helps improve your driving.

I do like high speed manji drifting through the esses and down the straight in front of the pits but I'd prefer to stick to the east loop going counter clockwise for the entire day. Initiating drift going into onramp at like 80+ is where it's at and the grapevine kicks ass going both ways.

How about we do Clockwise in the morning and Counter in the afternoon?

I really don't want to split the track.

As usual. 45 drivers divided into 3 groups.

More track time that way.

Al, the way my budget is looking, it seems like I might not be able to make it out to this one. Hopefully some funds start rolling in soon cuz I never like to miss the buttonwillow events.

Yes.
Track will be hot at 8AM. We won't be running from 12-1PM that we could have Buttonwillow Staff to clean the track.

We are also hiring flaggers. No more switching flaggers.

Flagging in BW, esp. in January when it was cold as shit, sucked balls, and I can only imagine how much balls it would lick when its like 11 million degrees.

I will go IF I get my tax return in time, lol...

...who else is gonna go straight to Irwindale afterwards? Let's sharing a hotel room.

I'm cutting class and work that day...keke

The weather should be nice around march. It will be a little chilly, but if you come from any other state than sunny CA you will be in shorts and a tshirt saying "WTF MATE ITS WARM OUT HERE"

I was cold last night...when it dropped to 55! BRrrrr
