Thumbs up Auto R&D Free BBQ and Weekend Meet!!!
Thats right. We are doing it again. We will be hosting a 2 day meet at our shop here in Milpitas. It all starts 10am on saturday morning. There will be free food and drinks for all. Donations accepted.

The meet be on the 19th and the 20th of june, about a week away.

Be there or be square. We have not had enough meets this summer yet, so lets get out there and do it.

I am there. I can probably grab AL's ass there too =P. Just hope I can get my damn car off the jack before that day. Just need to install the front and rear brakes and balance/ Align the wheels. ANyone know any good, after market suspension and not too expensive Alignment shop around Bay area?

Ok Ok. Were doing it on saturday then.
My s14.5 might not be there considering last friday i was doing a tv shoot for stir tv at altamonte and my hood flipped up, broke my windshield, dented the shit outa my roof, and broke my hood of course. I will try to have it done by then.

Spread the word on this meet. And dont forget to bring the strippers.

my car was leaking some blue smoke, it turned out some oil was burning, got into the spark plugs area and shit.

basically, replacing spark plugs, wires (thats not a problem), distributor cap and rotor, and valve cover gasket.

I may need a compression check ...to see if there's anything really really broken.

I definitely need to replace the front tires and get a front alignment.

Problem is, the valve cover gasket might not get here in time, as it was backordered.

I"m pretty sure this stuff is minor work, I've just never done it alone before, but if you guys are having a meet, and are capable of doing all that work anyways...i figured it might be convenient as I could hang out with people as work was being done.

where are you getting the valve cover gasket from? i went to my local kragen and they didnt' have any, but pep boys had like 5 in stock
