SR Oil in piping of cold intercooler side?

I just emptied my catch can, which had about a quart of oil. Then I was looking at piping and decided to take it apart to clean and saw an oil puddle at the bottom of my piping on the cold side about the size of a half dollar, normal? Also anyone with a koyo radiator that can show me a picture of the bottom of it, thanks.
