I was sitting next to Dave when he called you at D1. Its funny how lightly you took it then, and now you're all words online. What a coward.

It's just wrong that you started this thread, especially with the title "Touge Factory Sucks". Be a little more mature about things in the future. At least people who read this thread realize that they dont really suck .

Dave should take a cab to your house, slap you , get back in the cab and go home.

If you were not compensated in ANY way for his mistake, then I would question the business ethics of the company. BUT, since you were given a $20 part (in exchange for a free sticker), and free shipping for what was an honest mistake then you are in no position to talk trash about a company like Touge Factory. You did not get ripped off in any way. They came through with the product. Does that make them a company that sucks? F*CK NO! I would personally have liked the spin-turn knob more than the sticker anyway. I personally have purchased a few big items from Dave at Touge, and he even gave me a free Touge Factory t-shirt!

"I was sitting next to Dave when he called you at D1. Its funny how lightly you took it then, and now you're all words online. What a coward."

What am I supposed to do? Yell at him at D1 and get all crazy? What would that resolve? How was I supposed to know that this incedent was just going to be the begining, and would be followed by even more screw ups?
All you guys are comming at me like I'm still all up on the sticker. If you guys look at this as business and being professional, you will be able to see how frustrated I am. Like I said before, call me a ricer or whatever you guys want, it really doesn't bother me. I'm just sharing my experience with others on this forum.

What's wrong with wanting Taniguchi's signature on the panel?

Not to sure if there is any affiliation with NOB and YF, these guys do have to represent thier companies.

The point people are making is Dave compensated you for your troubles, and you took it public in a childish way. And makign it seem like Dave ignored you when you didn't give him time or just call him.

I am suprised this thread hasn't been closed, or at least moved. Some mod should really rid of it now. You had a problem, it was fixed, then you didn't want to take any real effort in reaching him again, you made it public, he responded again, and you still bitch and moan, if you have more to complain about call Dave.

wow, welcome to the real world...let me be the first to greet you here

ok, first off you obviously dont make very many online purchases, sometimes these things take a while (due to the fact that they are trying to accomodate you in every way so you dont have to get your fat ass off the computer chair, untill the package gets to your door step, and with that trusty package tracker you can tell when it gets there so you dont have to waste extra energy trying to check if its there yet)

second, its a fucking sticker (as everyone has pointed out as well)...and dont compare it to LSD fluid, its not even the same thing...and also what were you going to do with the cooling pannel? not put it on your car with ALL the top "DRIFTAS" signatures on it? make some fucking sense, and yes im calling you a ricer as well

3rd, you were offered another sticker (as of yet you havent said a word about this, is it true that YOU declined a sticker, HOLY SHIT!!!!!)

4th, im surpurised that toguefactory hasnt mentioned anything about slander, i mean come on, you really could hurt somes rep by posting something up like this...

5th, in any other business you would be laughed at, and since they are good people they are still trying to work with you

6th, ever bought drugs? well stay away from that, you wouldnt last long, people get killed for less shit than a sticker...

i really do want my fucking time back for having to post this...and im personally offended to own the same car as you/being on the same messageboard that ricer retartds are allowed to post insulting and damaging comments to businesses that are trying to help out our community

so personally, fuck you

thanks
-glen

p.s. holy shit, stay away from ebay if you dont get your sticker!!!

BAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!

I just happen to see the title...in the oddest section (tech talk)...I didn't read any of the post...just the first one..and I must say.....you (gun240metal) have some serious issues. Touge Factory is a very good company to deal with...sticker or no sticker.

I decided to purchase a yashio factory cooling panel from them because I was thinking I could get it signed by some pros from D1. So I asked them if they could meet me at D1 to hand me the panel, they said it was fine since they were going to be there anyways. I emailed them many times stressing how important it was for them to bring it. So I get to D1 and receive their call " Sorry, I forgot to bring it." I was so disappointed, how many chances do you get to have pro drifters sign your cooling panel. I understand people make mistakes so all I asked for was a spin drift knob and one extra yashio sticker(already comes with one). They agreed. But denied the extra sticker.

I receive my package at the end of the week. I open it, see the knob and the panel, but not even one sticker. I email them twice, no response. Finally they reply "we made sure we put it in the box." Honestly why would I try to scam them for a lil sticker. Till this day all the emails I write to them get ignored. Customer service seems really good before you buy the product, but after you get treated like crap. I told them if they want to lower their company's reputation over a sticker ....fine.

Also when I purchased it the description of the panel said " includes one sticker", now if you check it, it has magically disappeared.

This is just my experience with them. Hopefully you have a better one. My advice, go elsewhere.
you are a baby. these things happen. getting that signed is a stupid idea in my book anyways.
and for gods sake they gave you a free knob!

Is this for real??!?

gunMENTAL: if you dont believe that receiving additional product as compensation from him, then you might as well return the product. It doesnt seem reasonable that you are this upset over a STICKER that people are offering to give to you for FREE! I can understand that it may be a matter of principles to you, but keep in mind, he compensated you with his own products and free shipping. If that isnt enough for you, then clearly he doesnt need your business.

I'm sure you've heard the phrase, "Dont pitch the bitch"

in regards to Touge Factory and Dave, personable guy, great products and great prices. Thanks for the SSRs!! Can't wait for the Zeals!

yes, they should have gave you a sticker but yeah.....again.....its just a sticker. And you REALLY expect them to hand deliver your plate? They have many other costomers to worry about and other important things...

Just go get a sticker made...should be more than 5 bucks or so for the sticker...ugh...

Well I think there is something we are ooverlooking. The marker ink adds horsepower, and if it is in a special kanji (however you spell it), it works with the design of the YF panel to direct air into the drivers head so that atleast something is in there. But only one special D1 drivers signature can do the trick.

Dave had a tiny mistake. He COMPENSATED you for it. You are still not satisfied. YF Sticker > Spin turn Knob/Free shipping/RIDOX Sticker
