| help with sound diagnosis i finished my 5 speed swap yesterday, got everything done except bleed the clutch, an i tried to start it an it started but there was a very loud clack/grind sound parrellel with the rpms. any ideas? having a friend come over today to see if we can find out what it could be but if i can find the answer online, ive been googling this shit for hours. only things i can think of are the flywheel we used was rusted, so my friend resurfaced it, an it might of got warped in the process, or its my throwout bearing, cause i didnt use a new one, i used the one that came with the tranny my friend gave me. idk. ideas? :/ | |

Trader Rating: (77) Feedback Score: 77 reviews | TO bearing and pilot bushings are pretty much a must anytime a clutch is replaced (or swapped in your case), for me at least.
