s13 manual brake conversion race application

so i was just about to install my new much larger turbo..and to my dismay...guess what..its so big that it now interferes with the master cylinder...AHHHHH....
here is a pic of the turbo on the manifold....

and one of the major issues i had last year was total brake failure(s) due to overheating/melting the master cylinder during racing...

so.... i am going to convert the brake system to a wilwood manual brake system and replace the stock pedal assembly with a wilwood pedal...

my question is.... has anyone done this before? if so ...any tips? hints? ideas? help.....

here is a link to what i want to install...

http://www.wilwood.com/products/peda...mcbp/index.asp

it will have dual master cylinders..and will have bias control ans pressure read out as well....

some other questions.....

what is stock bore size of s13 master cylinder?
what is rod diameter? and rod end thread?
what is the outlet thread size that goes to the solid nrake lines (will have to make up braided stainless connections to the stock lines)
does anyone know the volume in cc or oz of the stock rear single pistob calpiers? and the stock 4 piston 300zx twin turbo calipers? OR can anyone tell me what is the piston diameter of the stock 300zx brakes(front) and the piston diameter of the stock rear s13 single piston calipers?

anyone have any other input on this little project i must do?
