Sr20det build questions

Hey guys. This is my first build and Im debating the direction I want to go now that the engine is torn down to the block. From all the research I have done I gather that my stock bottom internals are plenty for my power goals and I only plan to do some work to the head to increase air flow.

Heres the question. Without upgrading the turbo (or upgrading the turbo last) how much horse power could I gain by purely motor work?

Here is what I plan to add below, if there is anything else that would help please feel free to add.

-264 duration cams (maybe a little less 240 to 264 is a lot!)
port and polish (already port matched but now I want to go further!!)
-'3 angle valve job (although are our heads even built for that type of airflow)
-Lightweight pulleys and damper
-power fc tuned at 12 psi
- eventually increasing the bore and stroke to 2.2
-boost controller set at 12 psi
-oversized oil pan
-oil cooler

I already have...
t25 turbo
full megan exhaust with test pipe and heat wrapped from the downpipe.
greddy fmic and bov
rocker arm stopers
full new rebuild and gasket change of the sr20
megan exhaust manifold
mishimoto rad and flexalite dual 12" fans
j30 vlsd
All interior is stripped
Power steering is stripped

It was leaking so I decided not to put it back in... less mechanical strain at least... any reason you disagree? Not to be an asshole just looking for advice again this my first build so your opinion is probably better than mine
