Im planning on ordering some Vienna kreis tomorrow and wanted to make sure they will fit! I have a 91 240sx with 5 lug swap and z brakes with stock fenders! I want to get 18x9+10 in front and 18x10+10 in rear, will they fit with some fender pulling and rolling and camber?? And will they need to be highdisk to clear the brakes??

yes they will fit with fender roll/pull and small enough tires.
check out the wheel fitment thread for more info, look at other people's setup and use it for baseline to figure out your setup.

Alright I was thinking some federals 215/40-18 in front and maybe 215 or 225/35 18! And believe me I have ive looked at all 251 pages more than once and I just wanna be a 100% sure, ya kno!
