sr20 trouble

OK, so im trying to replace my chain tensioner...ive got the tensioner out and what not! i know how to put that back in...stupid me, i was messing with the chain and when i lifted the chain on the left side cam gear(intake manifold side) the chain guide below pulled on it and the chain went over to the side...my question is

How do i loosen the chain guide so i can bring the chain back up to its place on the gears?

The guide below has some sort of spring or something thats pulling it back toward the tensioner side in which im not sure how to get it to loosen up.

any help or info will be great
