ka24e coolant not flowing. cold lower rad hose

i have a 1990 240 with the ka24e and the car takes a very long time (30 minutes) for the heat to work at its best. the heater core is not clogged, the radiator is not clogged, new water pump, new thermostat.

the lower radiator hose never heats up at all, but the upper is very hot.

im out of ideas, why doesnt the lower hose heat up, takes so long to create good heat inside the car.

thanks

did you raise up the front of the car and run the heater while you were bleeding it? as long as your not overheating you should be fine.
