Shifting problem

So lately I've been noticing it, but whenever i drive for about 45min to an hour of street or city driving (non freeway) it becomes REALLY hard for me to shift. I literally have to put all my force on the shift knob for it to go into gear.

Kind of seems like the parts in the tranny are so hot they are expanding and not going in like they should.

Is this a sign of my clutch going out?

I've got an s14 w/ s14 SR.

Thanks.

Get ready to replace the trans. I had a similar issue with mine and the trans decided to shit on me shortly after.
