spark plug siezed

any suggestions on how to get out a siezed spark plug....i really need to change them its been way to long but the #3 spark plug is siezed...i have put a lot of force on it... i feel if i use anymore force it will strip or crack the plug...any help would be much appreciated

spray some pb blaster or kroil down there before you even go any further or try anything else.

yea i was actually about to go get some pb blaster but i really dont think that is gonna help....i really hope i dont have to pull the head!!
