Stock s14 sr20det

im gonna be throwing a stock s14 sr20det in my s13 coupe...whats the most power i can possibly get out of it with some good tuning and such, also the most boost i can get out of the stock t28
i dont know if this makes a difference but for it i have:
3 inch greddy downpipe
full buddy club spec 2 exhaust
pretty big intercooler all 3 inch piping
