so. Shut the fuck up if you're to ignorant to speak.
dude you need to cool it down and shut up.. i was going to quote your crap comment about why everyone buys this crap.. but here you go

heres the answer to your ignorant question
a:
they buy cheap exhausts to keep more money in their wallet.

like it or not, the 240sx is a $1500 car.

unlike you, who has overpriced CRAP (vertex wheel? a $150 momo prototipo was good enough for a porsche 917 and yet your car is cooler than that right... LOSER)

back to what i was saying, its a cheap old budget car... i know youre one of the real deal o.g. enthusiasts whos gonna slop all your money on the car, but face it.. they sold hundreds of thousands of 240s, its worth 1500 bucks, lots of people are going to buy the car to tide them over while they 'get their money right' and buy something COOL like a lotus or something....

if you cannot face this fact, or youre too dumb to realize it

you have no business whining about how everyone should spend 500+ on crap

but way to go bro, youre doin a great job braggin about how you have shit that porsche guys would laugh at.. keep it up duddeee

p.s. i hope you have the requisite quick release on that shit, that way its easy to steal

i believe in name brand parts. simple as that.

im glad im considered an OG enthusiast now. im prolly younger than 95 percent of the people on here.

people will just never understand what it means to just go the extra mile and get that better part. this has been discussed the difference between knockoff and a genuine tested part.

but at the end of the day everyone will have their cars, and i can say i at least tried to do my best to mine.

Yet you still have megan springs?

Not that there's necessarily anything wrong with the megans...

if you guys are going to be so nitpicky over 1 component of a car you need to get a life. we are not talking about some vital engine component. its a spring. however to anyone who is to judge they better have the actions to back up their words. otherwise its just wasted internet space. i was just expressing my distaste over something that we know to be inferior in quality to some company that took the time to design the part in the first place.

that is all.

no need to argue lol I already bought my exhaust anyway, besides this was a thread about what was the best knockoff ebay exhaust, not going to waste $500 for an exhaust for my stock KA24E lol I only got an exhaust now b/c some asshole that sold me my car welded a straight pipe right to the exhaust mani thus no flanges so i needed to get something new....you get what you pay for it was a $80 exhaust lol I am not trying to be a rockstar.

I wasn't expecting to get an awesome marvel of technology from a parts dealer in china, frankly I am suprised on how good it was, I was expecting it not to even fit right!

Moving along, when i got my egr fitting was comming off it cracked my egr tube so I was forced to cut it, the other lower egr fitting was welded to the header so i need to get some fittings to mend the tube I was thinking of using these

after that I was going to use some hoseclamps and put it right on the egr tube where I cut it. I just need to know where I can get a hose that can take the heat, any suggestions??

someone who needs to pass emissions, plus it does give you a bit of gas mileage to boot, plus I also need the same fitting for AIV system. doesn't it also help against rough idles?

Anyway here are pics of it installed, behold my exhaust and all it's $80 glory...it actually sounds really good, no ricer rasp

just igonore the shitty tint job that someone did and then tried to scrape off...I bet i need new windsheild b/c he was scraping over the defroster part

all I know is i bought mine on ebay for $78 and it sounds awesome If i were you I wouldn't spend that much on an exhaust there are other far more important parts to buy with that$$

240SX S13 CatBack Exhaust + Test Pipe 89 90 91 92 93 94:eBay Motors (item 280429434993 end time Nov-30-09 19:51:35 PST)

check that out, all you need are the gaskets that come with your cat to mate it to the 2.25" cat, the cat gasket firs right inside the catback gasket so it is a perfect seal

i beleive in buying name brand parts i myself run a buddy club spec 2 exhaust, but imho i didnt need to buy the bcs2, i just got a killer deal on it so i bought it, if its a exhaust all well if its ebay or home made, its a pipe for hell sake, now a ebay turbo is another story, as long as it doesnt hurt my safety or have moving parts i feel it can be a "knockoff", at the end of the day its a matter of opinion....

lol i don't know if it is me or what but every thread i have ever started on zilvia has a fight in it....frankly i think it is hilarious.

but yea, springs are springs? seriously, suspension is probably the most important component you can buy so don't scrimp on the suspension parts....i would have gotten coilovers but if you live in the fine state of RI you would know why i got a set of tokico struts and springs...low ground clearance + RI roads = SCRAAAAAAAAPE!!!

as far as exhaust, i went cheap because i have spent $600 on a titanium catback and frankly the ebay ehaust sounds better IMO sooo, exhaust wise you don't always get what you pay for...judge for yourself though....

ignore the rattle I haven't figured out what it is yet but it is unrelated to the exhaust, I do get a little backpressure after the rev, but it smooths out after a second or 2 you can hear it fairly clearly....not bad for a single cam KA24E with cat and 3" catback

either way I am happy with my piece of crap $80 ebay exhaust , lol the urethane hangers I bought were nearly 1/2 the price oif the exhaust itself

haha i love when thread become arguements. gives me something to laugh at when im bored. man i just got my 240 with a ka24de running and on the road a couple days ago and i bought my a $115 shipped ebay N1 style catback. fit great, hangers all lined up, even came with a 14" resonator that wasnt even in the description. the only little problem i have with it is, in low rmps the canister rattlles against the rear tow hook. but my hammers is going to teach that tow hook a lesson soon when i can see my car again through the snow. VA got slammed yesterday with snow, about 24-28 inches in fredericksburg.

i would rather have an ebay exhaust scrape and fall off my car than have some ebay springs snap/ shoot into my tire, and ruin my car.... just sayin

yeah man, cheap ass exhaust is fine but when it comes to the running gear, you wan to keep that shit legit...I get a mean rattle near my engine bay after installing the header back...can't tell exactly what it is but it sure is annoying as fuck! One of my exhaust hanger mounts rusted at the weld also so this car is a work in progress....next up on the chopping block for me is replacing rotted frame rails and complete brake system all around then I will be mobile
