300zx bmc fitting

i have a 17/16 bmc for my 240 that i put the 300zx brake conversion on and for the middle fitting i put the fitting from the old bmc in the new one but the line nut wont even start in the middle hole but they work perfect in the other two holes has anyone had this problem or just have a solution? from what i understand it should all be 10x 1.00 mm pitch for the threads right? the fitting is fine ive tried three.

If you tried three.... flair fittings. You put them in wrong. Use a punched to seat it correctly.

If you're referring to the adapter fitting then...well um yeah! try it again!

Try other line nuts and see if they work in the middle hole. I've never heard about this problem.

tried that.... it looks like the line nuts threads are more shallow and thicker where the threads on the bmc look sharper....a tap matches with the screw that came out of the hole and the line nut. i just dont want to force it or should i?
