Bad ECU? Symptoms after popping ECU fuse-

So after installing some electric fans into the car I decided to check power and test them out by just tapping them into a fuse. I didnt check the fuse but it happened to be my ecu fuse. Went to start the car and immediately the fuse popped and the car started to sputter. Pulled the fan power wire from the fuse and replaced the fuse and the car started right up. Drove around a few hours and it just started driving worse and worse. Luckily we got it home and now it wont even idle.

So I changed the walbro with a new one. Nothing, still the same issue-

Pinched the return line and the car idled and revved up like a champ-
Replaced the FPR with a new one. - same issues-

So guys do you think I screwed up the factory Ka ecu by doing what I did?

Any other things I could try? The car is a bone stock s13 with a ka24de in it.
