| You love to hate me! ![]() | it looks like the plug that runs into the rear plastics and up to the hatch, if its the harness i think it is then it controls your rear wiper, defroster and the trunk brake light

| I also have an S14 (98) and after my swap that plug was unused. I think it may go to the airbag module under the rear seats as my airbag light has steadily blinked since I performed the swap, but I haven't traced the wires back so I can't be 100% sure. ![]() | |

| Post Whore! ![]() | I love when people make random guesses that are wrong as fuck. That is the EVAP harness going back to the fuel tank temperature sensor, the MAP-BARO switch, and the vent valve. The latter two pieces are located on the EVAP canister bracket under the car. None of is required for engine operations, only for passing OBD-II emissions. It unplugs at the other end just underneath the rear deck cover, passenger side.

Not trying to start anything, but wouldnt you want people throwing out suggestions that could possibly help solve the problem rather than not saying anything in fear of being wrong? ![]() | |

If you don't know, don't post. Simple. Suggestions are fine if you're telling someone what food to order or which girl at the bar to bang, but when you're dealing with a direct YES or NO question a suggestion is worthless unless it's correct.
