suspension

alright after riding on cut springs with blown shocks for 3 weeks now i have just ordered godspeed hyper RS coilovers, yes godspeed. Why godspeed you ask, well consider this. Apexi, Megan coilovers are made in the same factory and incorporate the same springs and dampers as godspeed. I have heard from too many people that have never even rode or even driven a car with godspeed coilovers talk smack. The ride is nearlly identical to tein ss coilovers and the guy i know has had them for nearly a year and no problems. Hate it or love it i am going that route.

I have the same coilovers. Honestly, i can't stress enough how much i love how they ride/feel. They feel and look IDENTICAL to Megan Drifts and the Apexi coilovers. Got mine for $590 out the door. Hope you enjoy them as much as i do!

:]

Take a ride in a car with some stance. Or better yet some DG-5. You will hate the way your car rides after.

You stop it Norm! lol. To be honest, I'm really surprised how they ride for only $590.

the point of this thread is to see what kind of things people say about these coilovers. For one if you told someone you had apexi evo n1 c/o they would be like, cool and they would probably say they ride good not knowing they are really godspeed coilovers. i just wanted to show that price is not a reflection of performance. I am trying to stop the hating on some the "cheap" products that people flame about.

I believe I have a pretty good insight about suspension performance driving audi's with custom bilstein coilovers,e55 amgs with sachs, corvette with top of the line callaway suspension and with 240's with almost every coilover you can thing of and I gave these a try and they arent that bad. with 10 being the best suspension i have ever driven on ill give these probably a 7 they do a good job absorbing imperfections, not bouncy yet are stiff and stable on turns the fit and finish ill give a 6 because the coatings on the damper look like they will survive 4-5 years before they will start to deteriorate. BTW i am talking about the hyper rs which the owner had for 4 months now.

Well, im with you on the good performance out of these coilovers, but you're just gaying up your thread more and more. People aren't going to stop hating on these coilovers because you want them too. You probably just made them hate them more because you're gaying them.

GG with this thread.
/FAIL.

"I think these are cool, but I want to ask what you think. If you say anything bad about them, I'm just going to get butt hurt and call you names, so only post if you agree with me. That way I can get an objective opinion, other then my own, about these coilovers. Since I have been driving around on cut springs, I am the authority on how good they are, so if you don't like them shut up! Wow, I hope everyone likes me after this thread."

Yeah, that about sums up this pile of fail.
