Ok, first question is where is the speed sensor on the s13 transmission? Closest to bell housing or futhest or the middle one?

Forgot what else I was going to ask but yeah...

its the furthest one right by the output housing.

When you pull it out, it should have a red plastic gear on it and its held on to place by a 10mm screw.
