BOV problems

Ok since the search engine on zilvia is not working for me atm, I need to figure out whats going wrong here on my car.

I installed a bov about a month ago, the Apexi Dual Chamber one. It worked fine up until recently I noticed now I am compression surging and usually when I come towards a stop my idle will drop and come back. It has died a couple of times after pushing the engine hard.

Only thing I can think of is maybe I have a hole in the hose?
Car is a S13 with a blacktop SR20. Pretty much stock, Just intake, exhaust, and manifold.

Oh, and I am not running a catch can right now because it wouldn't fit with my new exhaust manifold. Dunno if that has anything to do with it. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

When my car is cold, it does the same thing..........from high revs, it just comes down, and goes all the way down and dies.

Maybe try loosening the BOV if it's surging on you
