z32 maste upgrade--need cylinder with fitting-Found now i have for sale-with fitting

ok I am going to use the 17/16 master and want to know what brands to order that come with the flare middle fitting pre-installed this is need when putting the master cyl on a non-abs s13..i do not feel like cutting my stock s13 master apart and putting the fitting in my z32 one, or paying $240~ for a master cyl from other dist....i heard some part brands came with the fitting in them after u took out the hex middle plug...also i own a shop and can get aftermarket masters from like autozone type dist and others since we use them for parts.

thanks

Jim

Specify 17/16" and non-ABS when you order.

Sidenote: I have braided lines, which means in a pinch I can use ABS BMCs if needed, with the appropriate fittings of course to distribute to front left/right calipers.

Just to add to this (besides what brndck has found, maybe that was just a mistake who knows), if you have a S13 KA24DET with bottom mount manifold dont even think about this, you'll have no room for any type of extension from the master cylinder, its already tight as hell there.

I throw some more info in here to as far as the flare fitting goes, since it has been a while I dont recall which is larger but if using a NABCO BMC make sure to use NABCO flare fittings, same holds true for TOKICO, they are different and in one combination of mix-matching them you will see it will not press in snugly.

Also if you are going to hack up a BMC check to make sure its teh correct make TOKICO vs NABCO and second make sure that it has the press fitting flare fittings aka removeable type......not all TOKICO and NABCO has these type flares some are build cast into the master meanings its not removeable.

IMO best thing is to buy a BMC with the middle flare already installed saves time and headaches.
