Sometimes a machine shop will screw up helicoiling a stripped bolt hole and go into a coolant passage and sometimes it just cracks all by itself and leaks. Pull the mani and the stud and inspect it. It is theoretically possible to use teflon tape or silicone to seal the threads on the stud to stop the leak, but it will probably lead to problems later.
