Head is probably cracked all the way through to the coolant passage from over torquing the exhaust nuts to seal that big copper gasket.

I've seen that before on other motors. Sometimes a machine shop will screw up helicoiling a stripped bolt hole and go into a coolant passage and sometimes it just cracks all by itself and leaks. Pull the mani and the stud and inspect it. It is theoretically possible to use teflon tape or silicone to seal the threads on the stud to stop the leak, but it will probably lead to problems later.
