straight tip is a must..
angled tip just doesnt look right on domestics, imo.

I agree with the straight tip. An angled tip would hide the exhaust to much. Straight tips scream "badass."

Ok here is the exhaust with both the angle tip and the straight tip for a comparison.

Also got a good deal on some Cobra wheels to use as extras on the fc. Fits pretty flush.

Viper brakes clear. woop

Straight tips fo sho.

The FC is lookin hot. I dont think the LSx-FC crowd is looking for more power, but after talking to a few forced-inducted-Vette owners (my Dad and a couple of his friends), it seems like if your turbo kit:
a) beat the current price of Vortech supercharger kits (about $6-7k in parts, including the all-important 'bracket'/fuel pump/IC/etc)
b) could match the ease of installation (no major fab, any enthusiast/'dumbass mechanic pretending to own a speed shop' can install)
c) most importantly - makes 550whp+
... you'd have a serious market to sell to. Currently,
it seems like there isn't a turbo kit out that actually produces better numbers than the Vortech supercharger kits that flood the market. It really makes me sad, because as cool as my Dad's Z06 is with ~580whp, it doesn't sound the part. No spool, no blow off. It makes Baby Jesus cry sometimes.

Lol, in all seriousness, this thread needs to be stickied. We've got all the elements of a solid thread here: car porn, informative posts, intelligent questions, more intelligent answers, and did I mention, car porn?

Car porn rocks! The "Jack contest" thread was entertaining, but not interesting.

Hahaha seriously the sickest exhaust ever. Totally custom, totally performance-oriented, and perfect execution - and oh so stealth!

Thanks. The weird shaped parts are for ground clearance.

No matter what shape the item, it has the same volume per inch length as a 3.5" tube.

From the side of that car, you cannot even see the exhaust.

T304 stainless headers. All custom built and tig welded by me.

Can also weld titanium if you guys need any work done.

Luke, that system is awesome, really cool to see if off the car. We get maybe 3 customers a year that are willing to pay what it takes to actually fabricate large parts from scratch like that, lots of smaller parts like intercooler setups, downpipes, turbo exhausts etc. Its tough to compete with internet parts, but for one off parts, its hard for people to find stuff. Your job looks awesome by the way

Awesome! I know for a large portion of Zilvia members outside of Socal/Florida, that's a huge concern. Post it!
