| Leaky Injector | will the ECU that i currently have in my 91 work with a 95 motor? should i use the harness from the 91 or 95? thanks for any help.

| Nissanaholic! ![]() | I wouldn't expect it to. The '95 had a number of changes to the guts surrounding the engine. New exhaust, new intake layout, prolly all sorts of new emission control shite. If it was a '96 I'd say definitely not (OBDII), but being a '95 I'll just say you're more likely to have Al Gore poop in your wheaties.

| Hey, that's my Passport, Aya ! ![]() | you can use a 91 ecu on a OBDII engine i.e. 95 and up all you want to do is take all your smog stuff off the 91 and put it on the 95 motor if that means swapping intake manifold so be it. This swap has been done by a friend of mine who put a 98 engine in his 91 the engine runs fine using the 91 ecu and smog stuff.

| Leaky Injector | muchas gracias drift freaq, i think i have tracked down a cheaper motor then. of course it has alot more miles, but maybe i'll get the cash to rebuild it. thanks again.
