I took off the battery recently and now my alarm does not come on. I know that the power door locks still work when I press my alarm button. The alarm does not "chirp" or go off. When I take the positive of the battery cable off and put it back on the alarm "chirps" twice, meaning that the speaker still works. It just doesn't activate when I press my alarm afterwards. I also checked the remote and fuse, nothing seems to be wrong. What can be the cause of this?

Wouldn't it be better to ask the company who made it???

I tried the internet, but it seems that they can't be found. I'm not sure where the previous owner got the alarm installed at. I'll go talk to a car alarm specialist and see what happens.
