question. are you gonna wrap that DP section that is inside of the car or are you gonna build a fire wall that keeps it on the outside? im just woundering cause from the looks of it your gonna be sweating your ass off.. but im sure that you have some kind of material you plan on putting on it to keep it from transfering to much heat to the inside.

looks good keep the updates a coming.

Well it does get all closed off in the tunnel. It's really not that much different than the downpipe running right down the firewall and under your seat like every other car.

Everytime I'm on zilvia, I always check up on this thread. As a Nissan and BMW fanatic, I'm all over this car, and the deatail is sooo Awesome it makes me sick

Ctnewman,

I found this flat pattern of the cots for the collectors, on another site, I have created some 3d models for manifold (just practicing) on NX and ProE, but how did you manage to create the flat pattern themselves i know how to project the curved made on the tubes but been able to "unfold" the tube in order to create a flat pattern, not? I have created quite a few flat patterns but from bracket not from tubes.

Great stuff Keep it going!!
